And may never come back. They actually had a payment button for RO reservations and it lasted a few months and one day it went away for "system upgrades" and has not been back since

I was able to pay online about a week and a half ago. Ticket less package with dining booked though a TA. MDE showed me my balance and had a "make a payment" button.

I called in today and paid my room only balance over the phone. The entire call was automated.

I wanted to pay off my trip yesterday and I searched and searched all over for online payment, which I had done a couple of months ago, but I couldn't find it as of yesterday. I called and they said it is no longer available for the time being since they upgraded or whatever their website. I had to pay over the phone.

They told me it would be back "In about a week". That was months ago. I have left countless complaints and bad reviews of the automated system, every time I call in for a payment. It takes 15 minutes to get through the system and finish paying - it took 2 minutes online. Ridiculous. Disney does a lot of things right, but their website is the lowest of the low. They need to hire someone qualified to make it user-friendly.
