I found my recorded deed. It seems that there are two records for me though...

1 displays the deed and the amount of consideration total.

The second displays the mortgage and the amount of money mortgaged which is different than the total consideration.

Anyone else have two listings like this?

Yes, it's possible to have multiple documents if you financed the purchase. I've got quite a few since I've also got an add-on.

Hmmm...interesting, Pam. Well, for all of those who purchased at the outset of SSR sales, your deed will be online soon if it isn't today. My purchase is in the first unit -- 1A, and this was just recorded on 5/14. I bought back at the end of August.

A code 'D' is the recording of the deed.
A code 'M' is the recording of the mortgage.
A code 'S' is the recording of the satisfaction of the mortgage.

My SSR was recorded on May 14th.

Have they modified the PDF files to blank out signatures yet? I was surprised to see my "John Hancock" on the deed when I looked them up a few months ago.

The signatures are still there. I was a little surprised to also see on someone else's documents that information like SS#s were also on some documents. Celebrity information also comes right up if they purchased under their own names/foundation names. This information has always been available to the public but you usually had to go to the Town Clerk's office to see it -- the Internet makes it much more readily available.

so i just found our names on the list, it says that it is not finalized yet.(as of 5/24/04) any clue we when should be getting some paperwork from the closing?

First I would like to thank you for posting the Link for us to view our Deed!!!
We were sooo excited, We finally saw it today! It also says " not varified ", (not sure what that means, also), but were just happy to see it finally posted!!!
