With so many new owners going to be coming on board soon, I thought it might be time to post the Orange Country Records search again. It may take some time, but eventually you'll be able to look at your documents on-line.

i tryed my name but that was not listed. Can you help me with what im looking for?

Type in your name. Last name first -- no commas between first and last name (or first initial). It should bring up a whole list of names. When you see yours, click on "View" and it should show you copies of the actual documents. If you did a loan through Disney it will also show when the deed was paid off.

Thanks so much for this, Pam. One question-
How long should it take Disney to send to the COC for the deed to be recorded. Also, same question for a resale--
Anybody have a semi-educated guess?
TIA

I just want to add that nitsirk987 posted earlier that the first round of Saratoga Springs closings should happen next week (first week of May). We bought into Building #1, and I've been checking that site every few weeks with no success as yet.

The web site seems to update every 1-2 weeks, so I figure the deed will probably be posted around the time the resort opens.

Closings for folks who own Buildings 2 or 3 at SSR should happen a few weeks prior to your building's occupancy date.

I found mine with no problem. Fun to find out there are three other folks
with same first, middle Initial, and last name.

Thanks PamOKW,

I'd somehow lost the link some time ago and kept forgetting to have someone repost it.

There is something just cool about looking at that document!!!

Interesting! Three of my seven contracts are for Unit 45 at the OKW. I should request that building next time. :)

just a side note, you can download a copy of it as a PDF file to your PC so you have an electronic copy of it. Click the view as PDF and then save it to your computer.

Thanks for the WDW link

Does anyone have one for the VB recorded deeds?

thanks

You can look up Disney's lien releases , master declarations and tons of other stuff there too. I saw a Reedy Creek "notice of prohibition of liens" map for the Japan pavilion.

Just search for "Disney" or "worldco".

Neat stuff :)

Check out record #

20040270174

It looks like SSR construction maps.

As my deed is not yet listed and I can't seem to pull up the individual file number, could someone please post these lovely PDFs someplace where I might be able to access them? They seem to show lovely survey documents -- I've been itching to see these since the day I plunked down my VISA card to buy SSR. Is the proposed (but not planned) monorail ROW shown on the docs?
We have paid the entire cost; our estimated closing date on unit 8A was May 1 with estimated occupancy date of June 7

You may have to wait a few more weeks to see your deed. You are in Building Two and at least some of us that own Building One are still waiting for our deeds to appear. Reports out about 3 weeks ago indicated that we should close the first week of May. But, perhaps due to the lag in posting the closings on the web, ours hasn't shown up yet.
