I'm sure this has been discussed on here already, but this was my first time seeing the spray nozzels for WOC submerged..........

Yes, they are submerged before Disney Channel Rocks and after it is done, but before WOC starts. They are used during Disney Channel Rocks.

That's awesome! Last time I was there, they were visible all day every day. It was impossible to get a good picture!

They were up and down when we were there last August. A lot of testing going on.

That looks so much better! They were always up during both of our trips. I wonder why they can't leave them submerged during the day.
