Security procedures at the ports of call?

What security procedures are there when you get back on the ship at the ports of call? I know you have to show a picture id and your KTTW card, but do your day bags go through x-ray, etc.?

I understand you may have to show KTTW card and picture ID to get to the docks now and as you board. Also bags will go through X-ray.
