So what are things about Disney World the general public wouldn't know?

So... Maybe 20 years ago there would be many, but with the advent of the internet and social media, this is a superfluous question. There really are no more "Disney Secrets" just about everything is out on the Internet. Like I tell my mother whenever she calls for computer advice..."just google it." The real "secrets" though, good luck. Non disclosure agreements and legal forms make revealing those borderline corporate espionage and trade secret theft...

Usually at other theme parks or cities, specifically sidewalks you will notice gum everywhere. Gum is allowed to be brought in but NOT sold in the parks. Keeps the park nice and clean!
