Secret things to do?

In a few months I will be going on my 7th DCL cruise! Yay! I love finding it about things that I didn't know about on earlier cruises. For example, right before my 6th cruise (last year on the Fantasy) I find out that I could go on a galley tour! It was so cool and I loved it. Are there other secret/not well known things that anyone would like to share? Thanks!
