Secret Green Club - whatever number thread

The Harley is fine... DH never touched it, he did complain to the Dr that he was missing prime riding time b/c of the cast!
:lmao::lmao:
LOL T & Heather---- Omg, that actually sounds like a drink..... I'll have a "T & Heather" please. :lmao:

Yikes Brandi-- he probably would've been better off hitting the Harley. Hope he finds relief soon.

Ok...we need to invent that drink. Whatever it is, I know that it is best enjoyed in the Muthaland!:thumbsup2:laundy:

Heather's text to me tonight goes as follows....

Heather: I get to watch Chris's practice tonight. Gotta love C&C Music Factory..

Me: I'm at my second rink!

Heather: Woo Hoo! unfortunately I mis-read at first and say I'm at my 2nd drink.. sorry you aren't ..

:rotfl: We communicate so well! :rotfl:
Yesh!! WE can <hic> get our message across in so many waysh!

Well my Monday was not spent having fun but it was better than Sunday.

So Monday was spent at the Orthopedist and being fitted for a brace/cast... Have to go back in two weeks to see how bad the ligament is.
Oh, I have done that so much! Though my oldest son usually does legs, ribs & his spine. If you want to know how he can shower & keep it dry, let me know! And Chip can also overide 4..., I think it was milligrams, of morphine when they tried to get him relaxed enough so they could set his arm. He looked right at them the whole time and wouldn't relax. They had to admit & knock him out to set those bones. Did the same when they were going to move him from the hospital here to Richmond , about 1 :15 away. they doled it in, he was dozing and as soon as he heard the gurney, he popped awake and stayed that way until they got him set up there & as soon as he heard the doc's voice on the floor he was wide awake again. so yeah, I can hear his scream here!:headache::hug:

:lmao::lmao:

Using the user names... that would make some cool drink names! If you had a drink named after you, what would be in it?:woohoo:

:scared1: I can't imagine all that he goes through!:hug:

See, the problem with the drink is that T loves tequila and I don't like it; I love rum and she doesn't.

Maybe we need our own special version of Michigan Lemonade.:laundy:

On the topic of Chip, please be praying for him & us. Due to everythign else going on, he hadn't let me know that he has lost some more in the height area and that his back/spine is on the move again. He sees his bone doc on the 24th, but he thinks back surgery is coming on very soon. I now know that all his lumber disks, the one sin the lowest part of the back, are all crushed or compacted and the rest are following suit. He was at 41% scoliousis(sp) (or, as Jeff Dunham says about Achmed...poliosis!)and it looks worse now. :headache:

If they do surgery, they will also put in a pain pump for using a continual flow of pain meds & he may also still use oral meds. UGH! We need to make the right decisions for what is best & find out all we can before hand as his regular bone doc will only be a stand in on this. No one is even sure if his spine & verterbraes will hold all that they need to put in there.

Thanks Limeys!

:scared1: I can't imagine all that he goes through!:hug: Me either! I knotted up some muscles in my right leg about 2 1/2 weeks ago & it is still painful & irritating. And I think how his whole body is like that continually! OUCH!See, the problem with the drink is that T loves tequila and I don't like it; I love rum and she doesn't.

Maybe we need our own special version of Michigan Lemonade.:laundy:
Yeah, just get the mixer the same and then you add your fave to it! I am a vodka drinker on the rare times I have something strong.:littleangel:

I am sure he would disagree, even now, with all the pain he is in, I think it would have bothered him more to hurt the Harley!!!

Oh I feel for you...... They gave him some kind of removable cast/brace thing.... He can take it off to shower, but can't have it off more than 15 minutes. But thanks for the offer, hopefully I will not need it.

So I have to tell you.... DH went to Texas A&M (Colors = Marroon and White) where they are known as Aggies, and I went to Alabama (Colors = Crimson and White) where we are the Crimson Tide, when we got married we had a drink that everyone was given as they boarded the Yacht and we called it the AggieTide.... It was Lemonade, Bourbon, and a splash of Cranberry to make it dark red in color. Everyone thought it was so cool!

We still drink it on special occasions (every other weekend)! :woohoo:

I guess it is safe to say that David is just a little bit older than that in physical age but he is a kid at heart.

Happy Birthday to Meag, 13 is enlightening age for a girl! Good luck with that!
