The staying warm was the hard part and we lost the game which was not good but we all had a great time. Even Stanley.

oh....I have a story about that!!!!

She needs to do a community service project to graduate.... she asked her guidance counselor if this would count.... she was told NO.

REALLY?!?!?!? Why??? because she's 'selling' things to make money... and then 'just walking'

UMMMM>..NO... first....she'll be helping me raise a combined $4600, and then this is COSTING us money...we've paid for about 75% of the supplies out of our own pockets(well, mom, MIL and a few friends have donated lots too!!)
....we JUST spent $40 from the account today..... and that was for filler beads for bracelets for a craft show.

I want to strangle this counselor. Because she started worrying about having to do another 100 hours or so of community service.... plus the project at the end.

I told her not to worry.... to ask next year when she moves from the 9th grade academy to the actual high school..... if they tell her no... then I'll have issues.

My aunt is a guidance counselor for a different school district...she said EVERY minute spent on the 3 day should count...including the actual weekend of the walk.

Yes, I would wait until it's really an issue. Why things up if you don't have to? There's plenty of time for that later.
