Well David and I are flying out tomorrow to spend Christmas with my Dad and Step Mom, and my Aunt (Dad's Sister) and my Uncle.

I will not be taking my computer so I may or may not post from my phone, but I wish you a Blessed and Very Merry Christmas.

Heather, I thought of you and Brian tonight. I was watching an episode of Grimm, and the big, (not so) bad wolf was setting up his Christmas train set.
Does anyone else watch Grimm? I really enjoy it. It's a great combination of fairy tale, humor, and crime show.

I've honestly never even heard of it...will have to look it up...sounds like something we might like. Are you sure that wasn't really Brian setting up his train set? That description fits most days

It's on NBC. The wolf-man, Monroe, is my favorite. I think you can watch episodes online (if you ever get a moment to yourself).

Thanks so much for all the wonderful things you have thought & said through this year & always!! We just keep looking at life as if it is an adventure and I know GOD is leading us & helping me every step of the way.

Merry Christmas to all of you if I don't get back on. I do get off until next Thursday at the office and all week at the Y!! Yeah for vacation time left over!!!

Hugs and love back to everyone. We had a lovely day w/DH's family today, plus we walked along the bay where we scattered my folks' ashes, so it was a way of connecting with them for Christmas. DD and her GF are here tonight so we can watch all the DVR'ed shows I'm saving for them.

We're home and had a lovely time. I didn't take any pictures, but everything was beautiful. The temperature was mostly high fifties. We went to Point Lobos today, which I think is one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Here, I stole some pictures from Photobucket. The color of the water is incredible, and the way it crashes into the rocks and cascades down is unreal.

Oh, and so far, so good on the Nook tablet. I'm going to have to get a stylus, because I'm not really adept at the touch screen. I haven't read any books on it yet, but I'm on hold for 3 from the library.
