I agree, Michelle, what a great idea!


Lots of good news here, Meagan was chosen student of the month at the middle school, so she has an award breakfast on Friday. Catie got moved mid semester to advanced placement language arts and science on Monday, and Rick got a call for an interview yesterday, the interview is with Pasco County (the county we live in) water treatment plant for an electronics technician, and he will be interviewing on Wednesday of next week. So everyone please remember him in your thoughts, we REALLY need to get him working, financially and emotionally it is a struggle with him off. Also in the good news column, my folks closed on the house here in Florida, they are having tile installed this week, and planning to go get their furniture from TN house (which they sold) this weekend to move in down here. They've been staying with my sister in Kissimmee for about a month, but are completely ready to have their own space, and will be nice and close for us and my brother's family, about 20 minutes away from me and 5 away from Neal, an hour from Shelly. Also, Shelly's house in Iowa is finally closing next week, so my brother in law Jim will be in Florida in time for Christmas.

Great job for both the girls!! all around for your family!

Ok...STILL have this dang cold I picked up in Disney Counting down till work is over...still have so much to do before out Christmas party tomorrow.

So I had an appt. with my GP today to do all of the blood work, and have a general exam before my surgery...

Everything was going fine until time to draw blood, I am sitting there talking to the woman, and she pricks, and the vial is filling up and the next thing I know I am on the ground and people are calling my name and rubbing my face with a cold rag....

Passed out... Right there int he Dr office. out cold on the floor...

oh well, they move me back to the chair, make me site there and drink a soda, a real one, which I have not had in ages.... and then when I have color back, they let me go...

I was doing the walk of shame out of there, I was so embarrassed

Soon as the bloodwork comes back and everything is good. He will give a thumbs up.

That has happened to Brian before. I had dropped him off, went to run som errands in the same shopping center, and went back to get him. I was waiting and waiting, and he wasn't coming out. I went in, and found out he had passed out for a few seconds.

Hi, everyone! Rick had a very promising job interview yesterday, I'm hoping he hears from them with a job offer soon. We've got a fairly busy weekend, the kids have their youth group Christmas party tomorrow night, then Meag has a Christmas party that one of the BOYS in her class is throwing on Saturday night, then we are going to SeaWorld with my folks on Sunday.

Glad you are ok Brandi and didn't hit anything on the way down to the floor! I am sure they have seen it all before, at least at my GP's office. And a lot of it was from my husband!!

Think prayers & positive thoughts toward us. My kids are having issues with dad gone & first Christmas & then his death date 2 weeks later. Jeff especially is having a time keeping it together at school, Krista is tween drama with hormones on wheels & both are always touching, cuddling me & wanting to know where I am almost all the time. Just need some air! hee hee

I can't imagine how hard that is. We are all blah here too, witrh losing Brian's Dad...the kids are a mess, Brian is a mess, I am just trying to keep everything together. Just can't really get into the Christmas spirit this year.
