I'm excited too Claire. I would like all the gifts to have been sent out by the 14th Nov, so we can probably start posting out around the 9th (though it won't matter if it's a little earlier, especially as we won't know when more postal strikes will be held)

I've really got to knuckle down and do some pre-Christmas shopping.

DD and I went to Southampton yesterday, partly to shop and partly to take stuff to DS who's at Uni there. At the last moment DH decided to take the day off work to come along with us so that really curtailed our shopping activities - like most men he just doesn't "get" that shopping is an activitiy in itself, you don't need to be trying to buy something specific!! LOL!

It is a fab response, and it's the most we've had for the Christmas Decoration exchange since it started a few years ago, but Secret Santa is always the most popular exchange

I love that one....well I love all of them. When are the sign ups for the secret santa one?

I hope the post strikes stop soon or it could really effect christmas let alone our beloved exchanges!
