Second Week of June deals

A friend of mine is planning a trip for her entire family. Because her daughter is a teacher, she is looking at going the second week of June. She has never been to DW and has asked me for some help planning. Are there any pins or deals that would be good around that time? From what I saw on Disney's website it looks like FD would end on 6/2. Do they normally run room specials too during that time? We usually go in the fall, so I am not sure what discounts are usually offered during this time.

I'm a teacher and I get a special rate at the Dolphin. I am giving up my FD for 10 days in favor of returning to the Dolphin as it is simply wonderful. You can book it online using the government discount. I typically call after and then have them change it to read teacher. Hope this helps.

Do you get all the perks such as FP and EMH staying at the Dolphin? How much do you typically save? Her daughter is a teacher too. Any amount she could save would be great. Thanks
