Second time around - helpful tips welcome

:hug: to you, Maryellen. Honey, you are one strong chickie and if a bowl of ice cream helps you to make it through a rough day, then so be it. Do you realize that your life situations--family illness, new business, acting as emotional support for someone you love, parent of a small child--put you at the top of the ole Life Stress-o-meter? I hope somewhere along the line you're doing something for yourself.

Hi Erin - thinkning of you often :goodvibes

I've relaized I don't have the time, wish I did, to check in with my wish friends each day. I'm trying to stay commited and think of everyone each day. I'm very busy with my new biz, parties booked each week. It's exciting but also stressful. I'm not eating great but not awful either. Yesterday I had 1 cookie and the restof the day was on plan. I've finalloy started walking/joggin again :cool1: I love it. I've realized it is early am or nothing so I'm up and out the door to the park, I walk, jog, walk. Hoping the joggin will get this fat off my thighs ;) The park is beautiful is the am, birds & deer and hardly any other people. I've done 3x in a week and tomorrow will be 4.

We're going away for July 4th and I'll try to behave a bit, I'll have time to walk so it'll equal eachother out.

Your description of the park in the early morning sounds so beautiful. . .what a great way to start the day. One of these days we're going to walk again, I promise.
