Hey ladies:

Where would you go on a second honeymoon (besides Disney of course)?
My DH and I have had a really bad year so far with deaths in the family.
We really need to spend a week making up some time and getting closer.

I need suggestions for a 7 day vacation anywhere. Money is no object (for a change)

Something relaxing where we can spend some serious time focusing on each other.

I will seriously consider all your suggestions.

Thanks again for all your advice.

You could try Aruba or Atlantis on Paridise Island. Both Tropical and you could spend a lot of time just out on the beach with eachother.

Well, my dream honeymoon has always been 7 days in an over-water bungalow in Bora Bora (which fits the bill in the "money is no object" department :rotfl: ), but with travel time, I think you may end up spending 2 of your 7 days on a plane....

What about a little cabin somewhere... forest, mountains, coast - take your pick! Or a cruise on a private yacht, just the two of you?

If money were no object,I would go on a cruise(Princess cruiseline or Norwegian) whichever one is more romantic to Italy or just go to Paris.

You could always go to Hawaii.

DF and I are kind of doing the same thing. We're doing a short honeymoon for a few days after the wedding at Disney, since all my family will still be together. We're waiting until December to go on our "real" honeymoon, so far we've thought about going on a cruise (Somewhere warm of course since it'll be December) or we've also been toying with the idea of going to some place like Sandals that's an all inclusive resort, but I haven't really looked into that at all so I have no idea what it's like. I agree with everyone that says Europe, Paris is especially beautiful and romantic, but I wouldn't go personally if I only had a week. By the time you factor in travel time and rest to get used to the time change you only have about 4 -5 days of actual vacation time. I'm sure whatever you decide on will be wonderful!
