Second Honeymoon Help

My husband and I are planning a second honeymoon trip to Disney World next May. It will be our first time there and we will be traveling without children. Does anyone have any fun/romantic suggestions? We are planning a dinner at V&A and I'm looking into a fireworks cruise. I really want to make this special. Help please.

We are going on our honeymoon at WDW next week. I have booked the horse and carriage ride for one evening at POR, we're also doing archery and renting a canoe or bikes from FW. We have ordered wine and wedding Mickey ears to be in our room when we arrive. The CM on the reservations line had a lot of suggestions when we called.
You could do one of the backstage tours too.

This sounds great!! Maybe look into more of their signature restaurants? California Grill is really good and the perfect place to watch fireworks! Such an amazing ariel view over MK! I would also check out some of the other cool things they offer... like... We did the snorkeling in the Epcot tank two trips ago and it was SO COOL! We tried to do a fireworks cruise on the Grand 1, but it got cancelled. We did a private dessert party at Epcot this past trip, which was AMAZING!!
