Second guessing

We've just recently booked a trip at Saratoga Springs for December 1-6. But now we're second guessing our dates. We're thinking about moving it to Nov 17-22 at Saratoga Springs. If you have any opinions they would be greatly appreciated.

December 1-6
Crowds Levels: 4 for every day
Pro:
It's in-between holidays
Less points
Con:
Slightly larger crowds
Slightly more expensive flight

November 17-23
Crowd Levels: 4-2-3-4-4
Pro:
Flights are $88 cheaper in total than December
Would have an extra day
Less days to countdown :cool1:
It's warmer
Con:
It's 53 more points than December

Have you been during any of these times? What would you do?

A crowd level of 4 is still very low...mostly walk-ons and 15-20min waits for the more popular attractions. At least that's what we ran into on level 4 days.

It's a pretty big chunk of change to spend the extra points.

EasyWDW crowd calendars are much more accurate than other crowd calendars in my opinion.

For Dec 1-7: 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 7
For Nov 17-22: 5, 4, 2, 3, 4, 4

They will both be pretty similar in terms of crowds and if you do rope drop you shouldn't run into any issues. I'd stick with December...and it gives you an extra day unless you typed the dates wrong.

If it were me I would stick with December. I don't know if it matters to your family but the EPCOT candlelight processional and holidays around the world don't start till the 28th I believe. And I would love to go and be able to see all the holiday decorations which may not be up in november

I agree with the pp and would stick with December as well. I'm not sure how decorated everything will be before Thanksgiving, but everything will be in full swing by December :santa:.

Thank you all for your replies, I really appreciate it! I did accidentally type the days wrong. I've been stressing over this all day, looking at so many options, everything started to blend together. :surfweb: Everything's correct now.

If you like the holiday decorations, stick with your Dec. dates.

I have been there the first week of November and that was when the resorts started decorating for the holidays.
