I just got off the phone with Disney Dining (actually only took 15 minutes)... and now I am thinking I should of made some other choices. I do need to call back as my one day I didn't have another back up. This is what I have, any suggestions:

8/13 - MK day (arrive this day) - Crystal Palace
8/14 - MGM day - 50's Prime Time
8/15 - Epcot day - nothing yet??!!***
8/16 - MK day - Grand Floridian Cafe (monorail)
8/17 - AK day, but Cirque tickest for night - Wolfgang Puck Cafe (since we had to be at DTD)
leaving on the 18th :sad1:

***I had wanted to try Big River Grille or Beaches and Cream on my Epcot day as they are close by, but neither is available to book through ADR, (I guess I can call directly, but then just read some not great reviews, so not sure now). Coral Reef was only available at 8:40 (way to late cause Illuminations is at 9pm).

Now I'm thinking we've eaten at Crystal Palace each visit, ate at Wolfgang two years ago, ate at Prime Time two years ago... no adventure here. We are paying for the dining plan (four of us, DH, me, DD (19), DS (16).

I hate when i second guess myself. We did the DDP this year and tried all new restaurants. I looked at the DDP list and checked out the menu's at all the restaurants to give me an idea of what my family would like.

Just for the sake of trying something different, how about Tony's instead of Crystal Palace?
There is also the Concourse Steakhouse at CR or Ohana at POLY or even the Luau that you could try on your MK day. You can take the monorail there.

or how about choosig a country on your EPCOT day?

If you really want to try Beaches and Cream and BIg River Grille you could just call when you get there to see if there are any cancellations. It's worth a try if its something you want.

On our arrival day we tried Whispering Canyon for dinner and then went over to MK for a few rides and then watched WISHES.
