Second driver coming days after first

Is there any way ot add a second driver after a rental is picked up?
My SIL will be arriving on weds we will arrive friday.
Can she provide my info as second driver with out me being there?

National always told us that we could add a second driver at any point during the rental - you just need to stop by one of their locations (doesn't have to be the one you rented from). I don't know if the primary driver has to be present, though.
