Can anyone give me any info on this, what happens?
Been on seaworld site & doesnt seem to be much info about it with the dates.

We just happened to be there last year during a Spooktacular date. (not meaning to at all) My dd was sick, and we cut our day short, so we may have missed some stuff...but...all I noticed was kids in costume (LOTS! it was crowded) walking up to booths where they were giving out free candy. Since we aren't interested in free candy (dd doesn't care for candy, even when she is not sick, go figure) we didn't do any of the "trick or treating" that day. It was odd and different because, of course, it was daylight. There were some really cool decorations though, and some employees walking around all dressed up in outlandish costumes--that was pretty cool. Not sure what else goes on though. We left before 1pm.

We spent a full day/evening at SW during Spooktacular. What we noticed most was all the cute decorations around the park, a few employees in fun costumes and candy stations set up around. Also, towards evening, there was a DJ-type person near Shamu's Stadium playing music and kids were dancing all over with employees dressed as flamingoes. It was all fun, but very different than Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at MK. Not worse ... just different. We have lots of cute pictures next to the Halloween decorations.

Is the Adventure Express Tour any different on Spooktacular days? :confused3
The tour sounds great, and I think we would love Spooktacular. Can anyone share info??

is Spooktacular on ALL day and night? Or just after dark?

Can we go in first thing and watch shows etc then leave and come back at say 7pm for the evening. With a dd 4 not sure she would cope all day and all night. would prefer a couple of hous down time in the middle to keep her "happy" !!! ( and us !!!) :rotfl2:

So for their "Spooktacular" they'll be open until 10pm on Saturdays and 8pm on Sundays. The events run throughout the day. :teeth:

This will be our second "Spooktacular" - we were there in 2002 when DD was 1 y.o.! :goodvibes They seem to have increased the activities and the amount of days since then! :cheer2:
