Seaworld VIP tour Please advise

Hi there, we are going to seaworld on Sun 25th April ( one day b4 DC! )
I was going to do the behind the scenes tour as my DD & yrs is MAD about polar bears, and then the dine with Shamu... however the VIP tour looks good too.......... so my question is or are....

1. Has anyone done the 7 hr VIP tour is it worth it ?
2. I REALLY want poolside seats for DWShamu, do you get it with this tour?
3. What lines do you get FOL, ie if Manta, my DD is too small. There is only me and her, can she wait if I ride? Will she be safe?

Or do I book Behind the scenes and D with Shamu?

My DD LOVES polar bears, its the main reason we are going there, so any tips on that would be brill !

How was your experience with the Photo tour? Was there a photographer at each place or did you have to use your camera? Was the lunch with Shamu included with the price of the Photo tour? Did you feel it was worth the price? Thank you

I LOVED THE TOUR! The DWS was included in the price and our group got pool side seats. There are photographers in every location and at the end of the day you can pick up your usb thumb drive with all your pictures on! They came out brilliant! We also got reserved seats for Blue Horizons, Clyde and Seamore and of course the Believe show!

Thank you so much for the information. The picture of you with the dolphin is beautiful and priceless. Did you get to see and take pictures of the penguins? When you pick up usb thumb drive, did you have to pay additional cost like the Disney Photopass cd? Or the usb drive included with the price? Trying to figure the total cost of it? I know my 4 yrs old son would love seeing and being in the pictures with all the animals he loves.

yes, we went "backstage" to the penguins where we could pet them!

the thumb drive is included to the price, so if you have booked this tour, you'll get all the photos on a thumb drive, DWS and free water during the day. we also went to see the sharks and rays which was pretty cool and at the end of the day we all rode a caruseel at shamu's happy habour together with our tou guide!

Last time we went and he did not get to see the penguins so if he gets to pet them, he would be in heaven. I'm so excited for this Tour.

We did this tour 2 years ago and loved it. It was worth every penny. We would do it again...a friend did it at christmas time and also loved it. I don't think you can go wrong.

yes, you can during the VIP tour.

I would like to know this too please .... what is the difference and what is the price difference, as far as I know can only see the vip tour (without photo option) on website ............ though could not get in to check this morning

during the photo tour you can only touch a penguin and a horse. there's no dolphin feeding during that tour!

there won't be a photographer for this tour (as far as I know). but you can still take your own pics! especially at dolphin cove it's pretty easy to take own nice pics!

Do you get lunch with Shamu with the VIP with photos package? I still am debating. My Dd is a huge animal lover but doesn't care much for rides. Any thoughts?
