Hi guys,
My kids keep trying to badger me to spend a day at seaworld so ive had a little look at prices and im shocked :scared1:
At first I was doing a little dance when i saw an offer that was $5 child ticket with every paying adult - Bonus !!! Except its only for Us citizens :sad2:

So a 1 day ticket for seaworld for 3 adults and 3 children will set us back £275 :scared1:

Is it just me or have their prices seriously gone up since last year im positive we didnt pay that much !! I refuse to pay the best part of £300 for 1 day and 1 day I hate at that !!

That is a real shame about the $5 deal.

Best price we have paid for 1 day seaworld has always been their website currently $68.95 each adults and child. You can get a second day free aswell I think within 7 days.

Seaworld does do a discount for disabilities but you buy them there not in advance. I think it was half price for the disabled person and half price for their carer - we did it with DD last December. There is a sticky on the DISabilities board. These could be used for second day free aswell.

We are passing on Seaworld this time - done it last two trips.

Also that could be an option is 1 of you getting the seaworld passport its $99 and what ever the tax is for a year and I think its $10 off each day ticket you buy also free parking but not the first time you park :confused3

I just couldn't buy 1 day tix for a park, for Seaworld & Busch we get 2 year passes, works out at $60 per year per park, incl tax, parking, discounts, offers & freebies, as cheap as 1 day tix but get in for the whole year.

I know what you mean about Seaworld, i am tempted to skip it this time.
The 1st time we went i loved it but last time it was so manic and i didnt enjoy it as much. We're not buying tickets until we go so we can always change our minds.

I thought i read about that a while ago, for that reason we didnt buy Seaworld tickets when we booked our holiday.
I was going to post closer to our trip and see if that was the case.
Its great to hear from someone thats actually brought the tickets half price. :goodvibes

We also used the half price facility when we were there last year and it worked fine.
It's also worth remembering that for the price you pay you can validate your tickets on the way out so that you can come back for a freee second day, anytime in the next 7 days.

Go back ?? Are you mad ??? :rotfl2::rotfl2:
Im debating 1 day for the kids no parent should be subjected to 2 days at Sea hell !!! :lmao:

We actually do enjoy Seaworld. Last December tickets were $60 online and we did the disabled discount so paid about $130 for the 3 of us. We did the second day free. So I thought it was a reasonable price.

I wouldn't pay that much for all for you for just one day.

I thought Seaworld wasnt as bad as Universal at least they give you an extra day free. I went 15 years ago and really enjoyed it so hope it lives up to my memories !

I don't think we'd pay for a day at Seawaorld TBH.

We may go this trip though just as we're choosing it as our 'free park' on our DC tickets.

OMG Louise, I would never pay that:scared1::scared1:

I think that you have got so much else planned while you are there that the kids will probably forget all about it once you are there:thumbsup2

Not that keen ourselves so did not visit this year and won't be next. the bogof offers look good for your times Louise, but not for ours

I havent done seeworld since 2006 and I love penguins and boyfriend booked penguin encounter for my 40th so thats why we are going.we normally leave around 1600 anyway as charlotte isnt old enough for the bigger rides. Never been september (end) so will see what crowds are like but will be there for opening. I love animals and my DD loves sharks and dolphins so I do like it here but its prob the least favorite of the parks .
