Seaworld At Par Info and Question

Hello!

I just read on Mousesavers (thanks Mary!) that we can get Seaworld tickets at par. I think it's the cheapest way. Regular price is $61, 7 day advance purchase is $55, the entertainment book has a $5 off coupon, and the 'at par' rate is $52 (all in US funds).

Now the question- if I buy this "at par" ticket, can I still take it to the booth and get the extra 6 days added? Because if I can't, I'll pay the extra 3 bucks for a regular ticket.

Has anyone used this before? Ideas?

I know the ticket we are selling at CAA is at par...I think $63 CDN (not at work don't know for sure exact amount) and you get the extra 6 days. The ticket expires Apr 30th. There is also the same deal for Busch Gardens

May I ask what you mean about the extra six days? Do you get more than one day at SeaWorld this way? Also ... we aren't members of CAA, but my in-laws are. Can they buy these tickets for us to take and use or do we have to show some kind of proof when we get to SeaWorld?

We got ours from CAA and it says when you buy one day here in Canada at par, go to Guest services at the park and they will validate your ticket which allows you admission back into the park for 6 more days. Has to be used within 7 days and you must show your CAA card. We got ours for BG.

We bought the e-ticket at par from CAA for our trip this past month and it was good for the next 6 days after our first visit BUT they also have what's called a Fun Pass at SW where for $10.00 more you can get unlimited access to SW for the rest of the year and if you're going back to Florida like we are in November ( ) then it becomes an even better deal. We actully visited SW twice and had a blast!

Technically you are supposed to be the member using/buying the tickets...that being said i have used the CAA tickets at Seaworld/Busch Gardens and Universal and have never been asked to see my membership. I have always been asked for proof of Canadian residency when using a "cdn special".

We have many clients who buy tickets for xmas/bday gifts etc for family members who are not caa members.

So can I buy the tiks before April 30th and use them when we go in late May??

Are there any taxes if I buy the online 7 day advance ticket direct from Seaworld? 55.95usd at todays exchange is approx 65 cad. if no taxes then this is a better deal than CAA right( in MB 14%) ?



Either way we get the seaworld anytime deal (extra 6 days) ??

I'm pretty sure you have to use the ticket before April 30th (you wouldn't be able to use it in May). Also, there should be no GST charged on the tickets as they are for an attraction in the U.S. Last time we went you could purchase the Cdn at Par tickets right at Seaworld (they charge you the U.S. equivalent of the Cdn. price).

The ticket has to be used by Apr 30....that is the way the ticket is built into the bar code. I wouldn't be surprised if there will be another offer for after Apr 30.

We usually have a buy 2 day get 3rd free, not at par. We are currently out of stock so I will post when they come and what the deal will be for sure. Not usually as good as Seaworld/Busch.
