I am here planning my own little west coast road trip as an east-coaster so thought I'd add my 2 cents.
When I read that you are planning 7 days I started to panic. We are doing San Fran to Disneyland and taking 10 days. (See attached map of our route.) We will spend a good amount of time hiking at each location, so I guess if you just want to just see each location and not do too much it could be doable. As others have mentioned, in California you can either do the National Parks/mountains or the coast or add alot of time to do both.
We have previously done a trip including Washington (have not been to Oregon YET). We did Olympic NP and Mount Rainer NP (then headed east to Idaho and Montana). From Seattle those National Parks are in opposite directions. Again doing both would add a lot of time. That portion of our trip took 6 days/5 nights.
With 6 days from Seatle to Disneyland, I would pick 2-3 priorities and map a route. Then look adn see what interesting sights are along that route that you can add in.
