Seating at Sci-fi

Is the seating at sci-fi still one family per car? We’re a group of three—will we have our own car?

we went as a group of 3 and got 1 car to ourselves.

Yep they have 1 family per car and do a checkerboard type of seating to keep parties separated - leaving empty cars next to occupied ones

Pre Covid, solo diners would be seated in the back row, called your “hitch hiker”. Did this many many times.

My guess is that with Covid they will probably be seating solos in separate cars.

lol, that makes sense. We had never been there until last month and my wife in the back by herself kept getting called a hitchhiker.

We ate there pre-covid and sat at a regular table near the back, it isn't just for individual diners. Much better then looking at the back of the heads of others in your party. We had lunch there since the place next door (don't recall the name) was closed for renovation and there weren't too many other lunch choices in that area of the park. Thought the food was very average and the old movie clips won't mean much if you are under 50 or so.

We wouldn't choose to eat there again, the inside looks old/dingy and in need of a makeover.
