I'm back from my week at the NJ shore I actually did pretty well on my diet while I was there. I maintained my weight loss plus lost an additional pound which is pretty good considering we ate almost all meals out and I wasn't actually counting the points.
This Thursday is the first Official Weigh-In for my DH and I, for our Diet Challenge
Yesterday I bought a tin of General Foods Internation Coffee in the French Vanilla variety, but this one is sugar free and fat free, so it's less than 1 point per cup.
Hopefully I'll lose a little bit more by Thursday!
Not meaning to take sides, but it is a challenge after all. Maintaining is good, at least it lets you know that you are able to maintain after losing something, which is what we all want in the end. Good luck on your WI.
