For some reason, the disney site will not accept my seasonal pass number. It is still valid (expires in December). Has anyone had this problem? Can anyone help? It would be greatly appreciated.

My pass works fine. Enter it exactly as it appears. There is one part where they ask for a number and the box shows #### as a prompt. My number was 39 so I entered 39 not 0039.

Hope this helps. Do caps as well.

Thank you for the reply. I tried that and still didn't work. It is probably something really silly that I am doing wrong.

Sometimes a 6 looks like a 5 on your AP. I had a problem with that.
Also, one time I had trouble logging in. I was putting the exact numbers in but it just wasn't working. I tried again the next day and it worked fine. Maybe try back later. :)

I have had the same problem.. I can NOT get into the passholders site. I keep getting some kind of error. I posted a few days ago and I was told to UNBLOCK pop ups.. I did that but it didnt work for me. You can give that a try. I ended up going to my moms, and it worked perfectly fine on her computer. There must be some kind of security setting preventing me to get in.. i just wish I knew what it was. If the pop up thing doesnt work, try using a differnet computer like I did.

I have a valid pass, I have already booked two trips, and now I cannot get past entering my data. I don't get an error message, it just brings me back to the logon screen. I have cleared my temp internet files, cleaned my cookies, and have even tried on my laptop. I have tried DH's pass numbers, and get the same results. We both have previously been able to login to the Passholdsite and get to the Best Guest Screens.

I know your frustration! Ive been trying for 2 weeks from home. Would NOT work for me. I get a little error on the bar under my main screen. it looks like a yield sign with an exclamation point in it. It says "Done, with errors on page" I cant make it work. I get the same thing.. add all my info, and it comes back to the same log in screen minus my info. Then when I finally went to my moms to try it, it worked, but I had then JUST MISSED ( and by days) the stupid 120 days window for the Best Rate program!!! grrr

how are your dates entered? I entered the whole 2005 and it should just be 05 and I clicked save to this computer so now everytime I bring it up I have to change the 3 for march to 03 and the 2005 to 05. Just something to take a look at.

Make sure you are entering the date correctly. I have my AP info saved on my computer, but for some reason it changed around the format of the date. It was "6" instead of "06" for the month and "2005" instead of "05" for the year. Go back and reenter it just like it shows on your pass. Maybe that will help.

You did exactly what I did :rotfl: At first I kept thinking there was something wrong with the system, but it was me. Now, as you said, everytime I log on, I have to remember to correct it...
