Due date is March 28th (that is when I need to receive your package. Please mail packages out by March 24th with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. I will wait be mailing them back out on March 30th. This is firm because now we are in travel soccer & track season!
Please check in by March 14th or your spot will be angeled!!
The "rules" –
1. Choose your season – Make 2 slide mounts for each person (total of 16 per group).
2. PM me with your DIS name, name, home address, email address, and phone numbers. Email and phone numbers will only be used to follow up if I have not heard from you. For those who have swapped with me in the past, I have your info. If I have missed placed it I will let you know.
3. Post your weekly status on the Progress thread - which will be posted after the slots are filled. You must check in 2 weeks prior to the due date by March 14th. If I have not heard from you by then, I will send you a pm or an email. I WILL ANGEL YOUR SPOT IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN TWO DAYS OF THE PM OR EMAIL.
4. Check the progress thread for your status - it will be updated with ship info and received info.
5. Packing Instructions – PLEASE use a separate baggie for each person and put everything for that person into their bag. Please label each bag with your name so we know who made each element. You‘ll have 8 bags to enclose in the larger (gallon size) bag for each group you are in - be sure to include your name, your DIS name and your group number on the larger baggie. Include $4.05 for postage (or stamps if you don't want to send cash) to return your items. Delivery Confirmation is $0.50.
Please don’t send metered or click-it/ship-it postage – some hostesses have had issues with these. If you would like to send it to me a cheaper route that is fine, just let me know.
6. PM me if you have problems and need to drop out or if an emergency happens (we all know things happen beyond our control sometimes), let me know so we can make arrangements for an angel or other help if needed.
7. There will be 8 people per group. There will be a total of 2 groups. If there is overwhelming response, I will open one more group.
