I know it's been ask hundereds of times...however
where do I purchase a discounted season pass?

are you talking about the florida resident seasonal pass? if so you must be a florida resident. and the only place to buy them from is disney. you can either buy them online or at the parks. as far as i can tell they have no discounts on them.

You mean an annual pass. There are no discounts on annual passes.
