Just for the sake of clarification, Seasonal Passes are passes available to Florida residents only, do not entitle you to free parking and have "block-out" dates. I think you must be referring to Annual Passes. Unfortunately, just recently the price of AP's increased quite a bit. No, you don't get anything extra.

If you get the AP room discounts and a DDE card having an AP still makes good value - remember only the person in your party booking the room needs an AP
