Season pass concerning Volcano Bay

I'm planning a vacation for October 2017. It seems like a season pass is cheaper than a 4 day, 3 park to park ticket. Would a season pass even include Volcano Bay? Prices are up on UT, not Universal website .

With that, could be a restructure of ap's that would include it
