Searching out drunks in a bar???? Rediculous!!!

We have a liability clause in our state about not continuing to serve people alcohol when it is clear to the server or bartended or when they suspect that the person they are serving is intoxicated. I've never heard of this sort of thing though.

I bet that they'll never do this at any of the bars close to the State Capitol.

'Tis true I'm afraid. We do have nutty legislators and often silly things are done by some police forces. Dallas is about as goofy as it gets in all manners.

Those who go to vacation destinations will likely be OK too. Yes, it is possible to vacation in Texas!!!!

At least you don't live in a border city where teens by the hoards go and get drunk by the barrelful. It is shameful and puts such a bad face on my generation. I am personally glad they are doing this, but I am a teen, what do I know.
