The dining section lists the Electric Umbrella and Sunshine Seasons as serving breakfast, but there are no menus. Anybody been there, know anything about it? It also lists Patisserie - is that really open earlier than the WS?

After trying the breakfast quiche-y thing at the Main Street Bakery I'm really looking for something quick but less greasy and objectionable to a stomach about to ride TT, M:S, and Soarin' and the breakfast pocket at the Fountainvew sounds questionable. We just don't want to be :crazy2: from upset tummies or low blood sugar!

i don't think patissiere is open before the rest of WS. what we had several years ago at electric umbrella was pastry-like goods. not sure about the new menus at sunshine market. are you wanting just epcot? good luck! :earboy2:

I ate a the Electric Umbrella for breakfast the last time I was there and had the cereal combo. It cam with a single serving cereal, carton of milk, and a fruit bowl. I ate the cereal and half the fruit and plenty of milk left to share with my dh while he ate the rest of the fruit. The whole thing cost like $4.50. They also served bagel sandwhiches and pancakes and ala carte stuff.

The best breakfasts I have ever had at WDW are as follows: Fresh on the Boardwalk has a wonderful breakfast buffet with eggs, pancakes, waffles, all made to order. I love the Kona Cafe for breakfast and their coffee is wonderful (Polynesian). The breakfast at the Grand Floridian Cafe is also very good. Boma at the AKL is excellent. If you are going to the MK you can hop on the monorail or boats to go to the Poly or GF. When we go to Epcot we have something sweet at the Fountainview Cafe right next to the big dancing fountain. MK usually involves a stop at the Main St. Bakery, AK we eat at the Tusker House and MGM at Starring Rolls. Used to love Tony's on Main St., MK, but the last couple of times were a disappointment.

We're staying at the CR, and were just very disappointed with the Concourse Steakhouse last week - it used to be one of our favorites. I've made 2 days at Kona instead, and an AK Rainforest Cafe for our AK day, I just didn't know what to do about the day we want to hit EPCOT, and need to be early to try to get on Soarin' and Test Track before the crowds. I was worried about greasiness at the Electric Umbrella, like if they only had McDonald's type biscuits and hashbrowns kind of things, but that sounds good.

Many thanks!
