Searching for available resales

I've gotten together a list of all of the sites that have been on this board to go & watch. We're looking for a small amount of points & I know those tend to go quicker. How often do the resale sites update their webpages? Is this something that we need to call regularly for instead of trying to watch for a page update? What's been everyone's experience?

I found the email newsletters on each of the sites have the most current listings. If you are looking for something super specific I would contact a few brokers and let them know exactly what you are looking for they will reach out when they get a listing. Good luck on your search!!

I would second the idea of signing up for newsletters, but I would say that it's been my experience that brokers will not bother to contact buyers about contracts as the smaller ones especially seem to sell quickly. I've had one broker get in touch with a listing that might be of interest to us, but it was after we had purchased three contracts from him, so he was motivated, lol.

**********.com is a useful site if you haven't tried it already. It searches the major DVC resale sites. The was another similar site but it stopped updating.

I've signed up to all the website newsletters and they always send the newest listings before they post them on the website.
