I would second the suggestion for Famosa gardens area, including, famosa gardens, acadia estates, windsor hills, rolling hills, emerald isle.....all are gated communities and theres a few others and very close to disney and reasturants etc....

Actually Rolling Hills is nice but not a gated community.

We've stayed in "villa type" rental homes 3 times and have another trip booked for next spring.

• Windsor Hills - two stays, great community, both rental homes were nice (one was not quite as clean)
• Formosa Gardens - this past spring in a beautiful place (King Triton's Palace). Beautiful community of estate homes.
• Rolling Hills - coming up next spring

We always use VRBO or HomeAway to book and we base our decision on reviews and on our communication with the owner.
