I'm sure the grandparents will take this to court. And since it will be here, they might have trouble buying people off.
They are--but the courts have determined that it doesn't meet the criteria for an emergency, so they have to wait.
The grandparents have bullied their way for quite some time (years!) to prevent a reunion with Sean and his father, making them wait for a few months to see if Sean's father has the right to have a mental health professional present (or other custodian, I imagine)--really isn't too much to ask.
It is selfish of the grandparents to use the boy as a pawn and for all we know--counseling may be revealing a lot of damage that the grandparents have caused.
Not saying that is the case--but waiting a few months to find out is a pittance (set by the courts!) compared to what that so called family did.
