Seabands:Need to wear two?

Do you need to wear a Seaband on each wrist to benefit?

I do not get seasick, but I used them when I was pregnant and I always wore two for morning sickness. They seemed to help.

I think for them to work properly you need to wear both. They have instructions included that outline it.

Seabands are sold in sets of two- one for each wrist. Read the directions to get the benefits. If you don't wear them properly, they won't help. Seabands provides a nice plastic case with them to store them in. We have them, but never used them. The motion doesn't bother us.

Our friends swear by them though!

I believe for added effectiveness you need to wear both. My DW wore both and had no problems. She said she really noticed a difference when she had them off.

I wear them on the ship as well and they do help, a lot of the crew also wear them. We had to buy a pair for my DD on the last cruise. They also sell them in Treasure Ketch on the ship.

Hannah,s Mommy gets terrible motion sickness. She started wearing Sea Bands and the motion sickness is gone. She wears one on each wrist. Great product! Will test them again next week on the Disney Wonder.

Just a note about these things. They run pretty small. I don't have particularly large wrists and they just fit. My husband could not wear his- he broke it when he put it on. It says one size fits all, but don't believe it! Also, someone on these boards said that they found them in a larger size. Would recommend for larger people.
