Sea World Ticket Question

We are considering stopping at Sea World on our way into Orlando. We are driving and will be getting into Orlando around noon-1 PM. I think I remember that the last time we went to Sea World, I guess it was about 3-4 years ago because Caroline was 3ish, anyway, I seem to remember my MIL meeting up with us there later in the day and that she was able to get a reduced price ticket because she was entering later in the day. Does anyone know if they still offer that and if they do, what time the reduced price tickets start? I have already looked on their website and found nothing about reduced price tickets.
