We haven't been to Sea Word in a very long time and in January we will in the area and will have a day to be able to go. Blue Friday as they call it, we can get BOGO tickets and their meal plan.
Has anyone used their dining plan? Did it work out well?
Please don't give me a hard time about going there. We are animal lovers and understand both sides of the issue, but Sea World also does many rescues and rehabs & educated people about what is happening to our Oceans and the creatures that live in them.

im going in feb, we loved it years ago, i wanna catch everything before they close the big shows, may i ask about the bogo tix, ive been looking i dont see them anywhere?? years ago i remember a second day free but so much has changed i see the luau is gone too,,, boooo

If you go on their website, you can sign up for an email alert about the "Blue Friday" sale event. The tickets will be on sale Thanksgiving weekend.

I am a long time annual pass holder, but rarely eat in the park. Keep in mind all the restrictions, like no take out allowed, no baby back ribs, limited venues, limited snack options, etc. January park hours have not been posted yet, but if they close early (5 or 6), your value may decrease a lot. Also keep in mind the time you will spend in the restaurants since you aren't allowed to take food with you to eat while waiting for a show. There is so much to do that two days are better to see everything. If you loose hours to dining, you will miss a lot of the park.

That said, food is so pricey in the parks. It would be so easy to spend $19 each in one meal, so sampling food all day long would be a real treat.

I used the dining plan a couple years ago and loved it. On our most recent visit the price had gone up a lot so we didn't do it. I think the food at SeaWorld is actually really good. If you can get it for free or a significant discount, I would do it. I do think I read somewhere that breakfast is now only available in one location and options are limited but if you could squeeze in lunch & and early dinner, definitely worth it.

We're doing the dining included and I plan on doing at least three meals. I think part of the fun is trying different eating places. We have the advantage of the park being open 9am to 9pm for the holiday weekend.

SeaWorld hasn't changed that much and if you plan you will see enough.

We didn't but the Sea World plan because we didn't think it would be worth it because of their October hours. They didn't open til 10 am and closed at 6 pm. HOWEVER, we did buy the one for Aquatica and it was 100% worth it. Even with restricted hours, we were able to get an all day drink cup, lunch with dessert/sides, and then snacks
