Honestly there are more things for kids to do at Epcot than people think. Epcot has been my older sons favorite park since he was 3. We always plan 2 days in Epcot at least (1 day at future world and 1 day for world showcase). A couple years ago we tried to cram Epcot into 1 day and I thought my feet were never going to be the same, lol. Even world show case has stuff to do for the kids. They have that phinieas and ferb thing and they also have the kid stop as well. Last year I bought the Epcot passport for the kid stop and my older son loved that.
I agree ... so much.
Epcot has been my daughter's favorite park since she was 6, and she's 13 now. Have you ever been to Epcot? I ask, because I couldn't really picture what it would be like until I got there. It was nothing like I thought.
We always do 2 days there. There are few rides, but some of the rides are wildly popular ... and for good reason. Test Track and Soarin are high up on my daughter's list of favorites. We have also enjoyed some of the Innoventions attractions.
The main draw for us, though, is the World Showcase. There's just nothing like it anywhere else. We love trying all the different foods and shopping in the different countries.
Everyone is different, but I can't imagine a Disney trip without Epcot. In fact, if we only had one day at WDW, we'd spend it at Epcot. (MK is second, and DHS and AK are a distant third and fourth ...).
