Is it possible to do everything at Sea World in one day? We have the free Military tickets, and was wondering if we can get it all done. We will be going there late Oct. or early Nov.

Thanks,

Shannie

The new show at the Nautilus Theater, Odyssea, is a replacement for Cirque de la Mer. I must add that I liked Cirque better since it was much more lively with the well-known Peruvian comic/mime who headlined the show. It is a great place to take kids to cool down and take a brief rest.

I recommend that you just look at the show schedule the day you are there and pick the major ones like Shamu Adventure, Clyde and Seamore, Key West Dolphin Fest and Pets Ahoy! and work your way around the park. Pets Ahoy is in a smaller indoor theater and usually fills on the weekends during the earlier shows, so I would make sure that you do that earlier.

If there are kids involved, you need to keep their needs in mind.

We just returned last week and were able to do SeaWorld in a day with our 7 and 5 yodds. We started off with feeding the dolphins first thing. Then we went to the dolphin show and the Clyde and Seymour show. We had lunch at the hospitality center and then hit Shamu. While waiting for shows to start we would look through the different exhibits (sharks, penguins, etc). We also gave the girls a break at the water playground area--which was nice, because it was very hot that day. We ended the day with the Pet Ahoy show. We felt like we did everything we wanted to do and had a lot of fun! Have a great time!

I think it's impossible to do it ALL in one day, just because of the way the shows are scheduled. You can, however, decide which shows are top priority for your family and plan the rest of the stuff around them. We went for the first time last week, and we loved it. We did all three rides, the Shamu show, Clyde and Seamore, Pets Ahoy and Odyssea. Also our kids played in Shamu's Happy Harbor. We were not able to see the Dolphin show due to schedule conflicts, and saw hardly any of the animal exhibits. We would have liked to return for the second free day, but couldn't fit it into our schedule.:( But, we did what was tops on our list, and we had a great time!

All of your advise really helped me out!!! Now instead of spending just the weekend in Orlando, we are staying 4 nights, 5 days with the military discount at WDW!!! My hubby is just the best!!!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc He left all the planning to me, so we will see if we even make it to SW

Thanks again for everything!!
