Sea World Hotels

Looking for hotels in the SW area. Why do you like a certain hotel? Here a few things we are looking for if possible:

Nice pool area not just a hole in the ground
Club level rooms or at least MGR reception
Free breakfast
cost $100 to $200 range or close

I know a little about the JW Marriott.

Check The Reinassance Resort across from Sea World. JW Marriot is about a mile or 2 from the park, but may be pricey. Other hotels near Sea World, are The Peabody and The Rosen Resorts across The Convention Center. I may also suggest Westgate Lakes Resorts. Altough it is a Timeshare, you may get some good accomodations for that range. Just my 2 cents here!

We stayed at the Residence Inn several times, maybe just what your looking for.

Thank you for the info, I have heard of the Reinassance, but have heard some negative comments about it, as being too old and worn. I'll try to find the Residence Inn near SW and I will see about the Rosen Center. I have never heard of that one.

Also looking for hotels near Sea World. The Renaissance website says there are no rooms available for March 20-26. Is this possible that far out?

Also, which hotels have a free shuttle to Sea World? And would you recommend that or just driving? I thought it might be a good idea to avoid a parking fee, but then again I may need the flexibility to come and go as we please. We will be spending 2 days at SW and 1 at DC.
