Sea World from POFQ

We will be going to Sea World on Friday! We want to be to the park when it opens (9 a.m.). I don't remember how long it takes to get to Sea World. Does anyone know how long it will take to get there? We're looking to have a Mears shuttle pick us up at French Quarter. If we make an 8 a.m. pick-up, will we get there around 9?

We took a taxi from POFQ over to Sea World a couple of years ago and I think it was around an hour, give or take so you should be fine

as the crow flies you are traveling less than 10 miles ... traffic is your only concern but an hour should be PLENTY of time for anyone familiar with the area - as a shuttle driver will (should) be!
