Sea World Best Shows

I like them all but if I was to sort them I'd put the in this order:
1. Believe
2. Clyde & Seymour
3. Blue Horizons
4. Odysea (sp)
5. Pets Ahoy
They are difficult to see all in one day so if you have the time to come back, you'll get to them all.

Don't forget Clyde and Seymour's night time show but it is best seen when you have seen all the shows in Seaworld.

Pets ahoy and Shamu werew our faves. Dinner with Shamu was awesome. They come right up by the tables for pics.

It's not on at this time of the year but perhaps during the spring/summer. You need to be familiar with the other shows to really appreciate it though.

If you could go for a second day it'd make it a bit easier getting to see them all, as well as having time on the 2nd day to see anything you missed the first day as well as re-visiting the ones you really liked.

My rating for the current shows are

#1 Blue Horizons
#2 Pets Ahoy
#3 Odyssea
#4 Believe
#5 Clyde & Seamore

When do you plan on visiting?? If it's in the summer there could possibly be 3-4 more shows in addition to the already mentioned 5 shows above.

Haven't heard about any new shows for the summer, but starting Memorial Day Weekend they will have longer hours and will add some evening shows for some of the regular shows. Mystify will be on the lake just before the park closes. They will make the last Clyde and Seemore show the one that satires the park( I guess that is what you could say about it) . If they have the Clyde and Seemore Tonight show definitely go see it for a good laugh. Like others have said try go to all the other shows first so you will get more of the jokes.

In addition to the shows plan on at least a half hour-1 hour or more for Wild Arctic which you can either similator ride or just a sit down and watch the same movie without movement before you go down to see the walrus, belugas, and polar bears. If you want to do the other rides Kracken, and Journey to Atlantis plan on an hour for each . Then there are the animals-sea lions, dolphins, manatees, sharks, penquins, stingrays, turtles, flamingos, and Clydesdales that you will want to see-plan at least a half hour each.

And the food is good at SW so you will want to talke time to eat. And you might want to just relax with a beer at the hospitality house or ride the sky tower.

If you have kids they have a terrific play area that you will want to spend at least an hour at and maybe go back again later to let the kids have playtime more than once while there.

If you are only going to be in Orlando this year and not sure if you will ever get back to the area, I say plan at least a full day and then come back for at least a half day or 2. There is always something new to see at SW cause every time you see a show it is a little different cause it is all real.

The Orlando Sentinel said 10 days ago "Both Universal Orlando and SeaWorld officials said they have new attractions in the works for 2007, including a new night show at SeaWorld, but just can't talk about them."

So I don't know if it means a replacement for Mistify or if it might be the newer Shamu Rocks night show (that's going to incorporate the 4 rotating screens put in for Believe) that San Diego is getting, or neither and a different show altogether. I would guess the Shamu Rocks show since it's cost effective to clone the show. :)

That's interesting. Is there any indication of a time table for implementation of the new shows?

I've read that San Diego's Shamu Rocks is scheduled to start Memorial day and run til the end of summer. Our Sea World for some reason likes to be more secretive in it's plans. :)

If you're there for one day, I'd do in order: Blue Horizons, Clyde & Seymour (get there 15 minutes early to see the pirate mime; very funny), and Pets Ahoy. Have fun!

I have to say we weren't as impressed as I hoped to be with the "Believe" show. We liked it, but weren't blown away from what I remember as a kid. We did love the show which featured the acobats, dolphins, and birds. Was that Blue Horizon's? I don't remember the name.

The best show at Sea World is Blue Horizon's, of course...:rolleyes1
