Sea Raycers

Can you rent those little boats, Sea Raycers, from the marina at FW? If so, how much are they and do you have to make reservations?

According to FW's website there are Sea Raycers available at the marina. No price is given though. I do not believe you need (or can even make) reservations for them, they are first come, first serve.

I think it was $20 something when I rented them like a year ago.

Do you wear a bathing suit or clothes to ride on them?

Either way. You've got to try real hard if you want to get wet in them. If you have teen-age sons, you better wear a bathing suit.

Please don't quote me, but I think I remember them being $35 for a half hour and $50 something for an hour. That should give you an idea...

We went in Feb'07 and it was between $25-30 for half an hour. We were staying at ASM and we just went over for a few hours, no ressies needed. Everyone must wear a life jacket, bathing suits optional, we didn't get wet.
