SBP is pretty big and while there are steps at the front entrance, the sides are gently sloping pathways (more than wide enough for wheelchairs). Take a look at some of the photos HERE I know it's hard to tell some space/scale things from pictures, but I'm confident your fiances brother will be more than accommodated!
