Monday isn't good for me, I have a meeting after work. and I know Tuesday isn't good for you with getting ready for ME. You can pick them up this week end or after you get home from ME. Either way.

Do any of you ever ship your supplies to SDV rather than bring them with you in your suitcases?
If so.......
1. About how much would a `1x18 box cost to shp? I know it goes by weight but an estimate would help.
2. WHich company do you use?
3. How much ahead of time do you ship?
4. IS there anything else I forgot to ask?

Not sure on cost, it depends on weight and how fast you ship. I ship VIA Fed Ex but make sure you have an account so you can fill that out for the return. There is no actual Fed Ex site there, just concierge, and I don't think they can weigh and bill it. You need to bring a return slip with you. I typically ship the slowest way possible via Fed Ex, I think Ground. Ask them how long it will take.

Make sure you write your Arrival date in your name area. And the name if the resort.

And if you are using a box make sure you bring packing tape to reseal for the return trip. Or a second Fed Ex (or who ever) box in your luggage.

If someone is having a big problem with shipping home I can carry them home and ship them out once I am home - I will be there through Sunday and will be driving. I only live about 2 hours away (or at least I will once I move).

I too have used FED EX and having an account really speeds the process and is not an extra charge. I pack everything here (including extra packing tape for the way home) and send it out a week or so in advance even though it only needs a few days and I also include the return shipping label inside the box so I don't forget it at home. Afterwards I return to the business center at the convention site and give them the sealed package and It usually beats me home since we drive over a few days. The cost has been anywhere from 12 to 20 dollars a box depending on what I was bringing down and how many boxes. I have learned to pack only what I need since now I know what is available on site.

ohhh, good question. I'll ask DH when he calls but I think they are metal, aren't all new hotel door supposed to be metal to prevent fires from spreading?

I was going to make big green mickeyheads to put on the tables, just need to figure out how to get them to stand high.
Think we should get some Lime Green balloons or something?

How about taking two and cutting them partially up the middle then intersecting them to stand on their own?
