Thanks again for the super helpful post on SDFP. Just curious to see what rides have been available when getting SDFP. I'm thinking anything is gravy, but would love to get a sense of what I can expect.

If you have valid tickets linked to your MDE, you can check each morning to see what's available.

I checked right now, 11:30a ET and everything is available at AK. DHS has Tier 1s and 2s available; Epcot has Tier 2s; MK has a variety of everything except for 7DMT and FOF.

It just depends on time of year and crowd levels.

kind of a stupid question but one of the times I'd like to use SDFPs is at MK when they are open late during the MVMCP season (but not on a party night). We will probably show up at the MK around 7:30 or so (5:40 dinner scheduled). Park closing is at 10 with EMH til midnight. are there likely to be ANY SDFPs left that night? it will be our first time to MK of the trip so I don't care that much what we get, just trying to mitigate the crowds. we pretty much want to do everything there and are ok with "the crumbs" lol

There will still be availability that late in the day.

In June, we had a very late meal at The Wave before heading to MK for the Pulse Vigil with our CM friend. Because we had been seated quickly, we realized we could fit in a ride before park closing. At 9:00p, we found FP availability for HM, BTMRR, Pirates, and many others - booked Pirates and just needed to get there before 10:30. We even had time to ride 7DMT as Standby after Pirates! :)

Oh duh. I'm not sure why I didn't think of that.

That must be why they pay you the big bucks around here! :) Thanks again!

My advice when you're in the park is keep checking. I booked all our FP in AK for one afternoon because we did RD in HS. That afternoon all FP for RnR were gone. We decided we were going to head back to HS to see Star Wars fireworks that evening and I checked again and was pleasantly surprised to snag an evening FP for RnR.

I just realized after reading the PH thread that I can basically just take the tier 1FP at Epcot and then book another two at the MK for later on my primary account. with 3 more even if it is very crowded between 5FPs in 3 hours and things like the peoplemover we should have a good time without waiting too much. Tomorrowland is my son's favorite, I might try to book space mountain in advance on primary (there seems to be lots of availability earlier in the day) and assume we can get buzz and tomorrowland speedway as a SDFP when we show up (that seems to be available late into the night), and we can do carousel of progress, people mover, stitch, monster's inc standby. Also maybe I can get a Peter pan on my primary and another fantasyland on my SDFP band. Or two fantasyland if I can't get the speedway or buzz. Either way everything is pretty close. We should be able to get quite a bit done in those 3 hours of FPs and then we have the EMH for two hours after.
