SDFP Kiosk Opening times

If we have an early entry breakfast prior to official park opening times, can we use fast pass kiosks to make SDFPs? Would all kiosk locations be open, or only certain ones, or do they only open right at the official park opening?

There have been reports that kiosks have been open prior to park open in MK. Posters have reported using the City Hall kiosks.

Not sure about the other parks, though.

I personally have used the ones in City Hall as soon as we were let in (around 7:50am) and the ones by Philharmagic after BOG breakfast (around 8:25am). Neither were manned by CM's at the time but no one stopped me from using them. I did see a report recently though from someone else that the Philharmagic ones were now covered until closer to RD. I will be there next Sunday for an early BOG and can report back then. I have no idea in any other park.
