Personally, I'm surprised they even let me drive the boat much less my car anymore! (Hopes the DMV does not take notice of this picture...)

Where was the Harbormaster? If I saw you motoring across the dock, I would have removed you from the boat immediately. There are very explosive gas cans floating in that river, as well as an abundance of wildlife, that must be navigated around. You should not have been driving that boat in your condition!
